POLICIES regarding Registration for a MAR offered Series: Understand the rules and regulations governing the MAR GRI program before you commit to take any GRI class.
MAR Policies are as follows (please note: each individual association/board operates independently of one another and of MAR. You will be obligated to follow the rules of the location of your GRI classes.)
ALL LOCAL SPONSORED/MAR COURSES - ATTENDANCE POLICY:
Class will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. Students arriving late will be disqualified from receiving Continuing Education credit for that class/segment.
MAR PAYMENT POLICY:
Payment in full is required to guarantee a seat in the GRI module of your choice. (There is a $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit).
TUITION:
Member - Full Series $325.00 Individual Module - $85
GRI Graduate (Does NOT apply to Series 400) - Full Series - $195.00 Individual Module $40.00
Non-Member - Full Series $650.00 Individual Module - $170.00
Once classroom space for any course of the REALTOR® Institute Program has been filled, registrations for the course will be accepted on a waitlist basis only. Should space become available, notification will be made as promptly as possible prior to the day of class.
MAR CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
Written cancellation requests will be accepted through 5:00 p.m. 8 days preceding each module. All paid tuition other than the $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 8 days prior to the start of the first class. (Requests for refund consideration due to extenuating circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis and must be received in writing within 15 days after module start date.) Cancellation requests will be handled only through the office which handled your registration.
