Maryland REALTORS® Standing Committees

Legislative

Description

Assesses the impact of specific bills on the real estate industry based upon the Maryland REALTORS® policy and legislative agenda, and determines whether the Maryland REALTORS® will support or oppose those bills. The Committee works directly with Maryland REALTORS® lobbyists and leadership in advancing a pro-real estate legislative agenda.

Meetings

Number of meetings per year – 6 to 8.  Meets weekly beginning in January through early March.  

Attendance Requirements

Attendance at Lobby Day is expected.
Members may attend in person or via conference call.
