Charles A. Kasky, Esq. RCE, C2EX, AHWD, e-PRO, is CEO of Maryland REALTORS®, the largest professional trade association in Maryland. Prior to becoming CEO, Chuck was the Association’s Senior Vice President of Legal Affairs.
As CEO, in addition to overseeing the Association’s operations, he works closely with volunteer leadership to develop and implement policies and initiatives to promote the real estate industry and private property rights. Under his leadership, the Association’s primary focus has continued to be representing member interests before the legislature and advocating REALTOR® professionalism with members and the public.
Prior to joining Maryland REALTORS®, Chuck practiced law, was Counsel to several Committees of the General Assembly, and was Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for Howard County. He earned the REALTOR® Certified Executive Designation from NAR in September 2010.
