Guest panelists included Tom Sadowski, Executive Director of the Maryland Economic Development Corp.; Greg Permison, Senior Manager of Business Development for Gilbane Construction; Jaclyn Hartman, Assistant Secretary of Transportation Investments at the Maryland Department of Transportation; and Richelle Wilson, Deputy Director of Rockville Development, Inc.
