Deal Exchange

Maryland REALTORS® Commercial Alliance is happy to announce our annual Deal Exchange and Happy Hour. As an attendee of 2025 INNOVATE, you will have the opportunity to include one commercial property in the symposium’s Deal Exchange slide deck. During this networking event, you can discuss available properties with fellow commercial practitioners. ALL POWERPOINT SUBMISSIONS MUST BE IN BY MARCH 13th, 2025. This is an opportunity exclusive to attendees of 2025 INNOVATE only.

Commercial Excellence Award

All submissions must be in by: February 14th, 2025.

This award recognizes the REALTOR® member who best carries the REALTOR® brand in local commercial real estate circles. Prospective recipient must be a member of Maryland REALTORS® and their local board and may have no Ethics violations in the previous three (3) years. This award will recognize civic involvement in a variety of ways, so long as the REALTOR® is giving back to the communities which they serve. Transactions in sales and leasing are weighted equally. Also considered will be the complexity of issues and the ability and efficacy of solving the problems that arise.
